Can i live in my Holiday Home?
No, as it is a Holiday Home it cannot be classed as a permanent residence. Please contact us for more details on this.
How long are you open for?
We give a 10 month season for all Holiday caravan owners (11 month for Lodges).
Can i Sub-let my Holiday Home?
No, we currently do not offer this service, therefore your Holiday Home would be for your own personal use along with your immediate family.
Unlike many other sites which allow sub-letting, our site fees are kept low to reflect this, making it an affordable way to have a Holiday Home overlooking the Sea.
We are a quiet & peaceful site & often with Sub-letting, Parks can become very noisy as the Park owners have very little knowledge or control as to who is on site.
How long can i keep my Holiday Home on site for?
On brand new Holiday Homes we offer a minimum 15 year Licence agreement. (Minimum 35 years on Lodges)
As you are so close to the Sea, will my Holiday Home come with a Fully Galvanised Chassis?
Yes, all our new Holiday Homes come complete with a Fully Galvanised Chassis.
We include this free of charge and it comes with a guarantee.
Will my Holiday Home have a Sea View?
Yes, the front row caravans have a perfect uninterrupted view of the Sea and all others have great Sea views too.
