Things to consider before commiting to buy a Holiday Home:
Site fees – These are an annual cost which you will incur for your Holiday Home to be sited on our Park. Fees can sometimes increase but are regulated by the CPI.
Some other costs you will incur as an owner will be things like Utilities and Insurance. Our Site Fees include Rates.
If the time ever came to sell your Holiday Home, the Park would firstly offer you an immediate price to purchase from you or alternatively we would market the Holiday Home and sell on your behalf to achieve full market value. You would not need to do anything as the Park would handle the sale and viewings on your behalf, making the whole process stress free!

Can I live in my Holiday Home?
No, as it is a Holiday Home it cannot be classed as a permanent residence. Please contact us for more details on this.
How long are you open for?
We are open 11 months of the year.
Can I Sub-Let my Holiday Home?
No, we currently do not offer this. Your Holiday home would therefore be for your own personal use and your immediate family.
How long can I keep my Holiday Home on Site for?
We offer minimum terms of 35 years for Lodges & 15 years for Caravans.
Will my Holiday Home have a Sea View?
Yes, all our Lodges and Static Caravans have amazing Sea Views.
Is parking available by my Lodge/Caravan?
Yes, all our Lodges & Caravans have their own hardstanding parking spaces.
Will my Holiday Home have a Fully Galvanised Chassis?
Yes. As we are so close to the Sea, it is very important to have a fully galvanised chassis. All our New Lodges & Caravans have these as standard and come with a long guarantee. Please ask for more details on this if required.
