Prices can vary vastly on Holiday Lodges and we are offering them at a starting price of £149,995.
Our Season for Lodges runs from 1st March – 31st January with the only month being fully closed February.

Can i live in my Holiday Lodge?
No, You would need a permanent address where you pay council tax. Proof of this will be required each year of ownership.
Can i sub-let my Holiday Lodge?
No, we currently do not facilitate this service therefore it would be for your own personal use and your immediate family.
Unlike many other sites which allow sub-letting, our site fees are kept low to reflect this, making it an affordable way to have a Holiday Home overlooking the Sea.
We are a quiet & peaceful site and often with Sub-letting, Parks can become very noisy as the Park owners have very little knowledge or control as to who is on site.
How long would i be able to keep my Lodge for?
We are offering a 35 year Licence agreement on all Lodges.
How long are you open for?
We are open for 11 months of the year for Lodge owners with the only month closed being February.
Will my Lodge have a Sea View?
Yes, all our Lodges have a wonderful Sea View down to Kennack Sands and around the cliffs towards Coverack.
