Cornish Seal Sanctury
We recently visited the Cornish Seal Sanctury in Gweek. The sanctury is just a 10-minute drive from Gwendreath and is well worth a visit.
It’s great to see the amazing work they are doing at the sanctuary in their rehabilitation and release programme.
To futureproof the Cornish Seal Sanctuary for generations to come, they are currently raising vital funds to redevelop the pools and remain world-leaders in seal conservation and care.
Their ‘Fund Our Future’ project is aiming to raise £1.3million in fundraising to securing the charity’s future, so next time you visit, why not take a trip to the Cornish Seal Sanctury and see for yourself.
They also have some new additions at the sanctuary. Puffin Island and a family of Beavers.
There is an on site shop and cafes and makes for an excellent day out!
